Spoiled Rotten
Lesson #21 for parents: When you're buying something for your kid, have your kid stand right next to you. Even if your kid liked what you're buying for them, have them stand next to you all the same.

That said, thanks mak and abah for the gorgeous Radley handbag, loved it. But it still peeved me off that you bought one without me. I'm not so upset that you bought the wrong one (because all Radley handbags are gorgeous) as that you chose something I was gonna use for a large portion of my life without consulting me.

Anyway, thanks again, love you guys. I just can't jump for joy because I feel like you guys robbed me the thrill of shopping.

XOXO

And The Curtain Falls
The holidays are ending and it won't be long before UM Dental students of '09 are subjected to torture and fear under the scrutiny of Dr Nora. However, every cloud has it's silver lining, and an advancement to the 2nd year proves that we are getting nearer to the profession we have always dreamed of. It won't be long before the dummies are replaced with living human beings full of complaint. There's always the ominous hint of getting sued for malpractice, but we're not a pessimistic bunch so let's stick to the goal of, 'We'll do great saving the world, one tooth at a time!'

Anyway, stuff not entirely productive has happened this holidays. There's Surabaya; a mess of a city that's delightfully enchanting with its bountiful paddy fields, the stress of anticipating for the Surabaya trip, the havoc of preparing for the last-minute Surabaya trip... ah, good times.

I tried my hand at drawing again, as well. It's proved to be a most frustrating account. Drawing anime faces tilted to an angle looking pretty and pointless has lost its novelty, and it seems that every stroke I do is wrong, wrong, wrong. I don't really care that the anatomy is wrong, or such crazy hairstyles would require 2 and 1/2 cans of hairspray for it to work in real life, I just want the satisfaction of feeling pleased with my work.

Other than that, I'm gaming again as well. SMT's Persona, to be exact. It's just turn-based RPG so it's hardly a feat worth bragging. Unless I manage to defeat the Enigmatic Knight on KH2 FM then that would be awesome! Too bad I don't read Japanese and I'm too lazy to play FM, ahahaha! Anyway, Persona 4 is better than Persona 3 in every aspect. The battle sequences are faster, with higher degrees of freedom in control. It makes the game so much more fun to play. Oh, oh, while we're still on the the gaming topic, I'd like to add that Yukari is a dick.

Ta-ta for now!

I'm a P driver
We should have the freedom to choose between the plague or the cholera

Freedom is over rated, and peace does not guarantee a better life. But everybody's fighting for them because it's human right to choose between heaven or hell. There's no wrong in dying for what you believe in. Ridicule me if you will, but by the time the fat lady has finished her song, no mortal has the right to judge me.

So fuck me sideways and whisper to me that the soul doesn't exist. Tell me that you don't fear repercussions from the unknown. I'm no judge, sir, and the jury is long dead. Morality and civilisation is an illusion. Who's the judge to separate man from animal?

Put your faith in desire, in yourself, or whatever you will. It doesn't matter to me. That's my freedom.

P.S: I want a Radley handbag. And I hope to God the neighbour doesn't realise that I scratched his car. What can I say, I'm a P driver! *is shot*

Brief Update
Regarding Shinji and Kaworu sharing a bath, as commented by a YT user:

'That was TOTALLY NOT GAY. Taking a bath together, holding hands and then saying "I love you"... pffff, that's like Tuesday night!'

On another note, I'd just popped more hydrogen bubbles in my joints by rearranging books, rather than doing morning exercises. Not that I exercise. It's all thanks to Surabaya that I had to transfer the books out of the Mendoza bag. But at least I'm making some use out of this holiday.

Flat is the Name

I'm currently reading this series over at mangafox. It's one of the few that has managed to make me laugh out loud. Then again, it doesn't take much to make me laugh. I have pretty low standards actually. But the story is heartwarming. Not in a heavy, dramatic way that makes you think too much, but just enough. It's relaxing.

I want to purge this account. Blogging with your head tilted 45 degrees whilst lying on the bed propped up by deflating pillows is not comfortable at all. But I'm too lazy to use the computer under the bed.

That was a creepy thought.

If left alone to my own devices, my mind will surely wander to the bizarre and inexplicable. One of the hot topics I currently like to ponder over is 'Hot Cup Maggie Mee: The Mysteries of How Something So Cancerous Can Be So Desirable.' One of my top detectives, Ash (he doesn't have a last name, which is too bad because otherwise it would have been cool) is investigating this.

Okay, so he isn't.
