lots of things to do

Whenever Sakinah has to take a 3 seconds break from reading a manga she's currently engrossed with, that just means the story struck her in the heartnuts and crushed it to pieces.

Oofuri is one such gem. So much so that I think I'd like to have a son like Mihashi. It'd be horribly tough, now that I think about it, for the boy to get along with his academic-oriented grandfather but I think it'll be fine since abah's first principle in life is, 'Do what you love- as long as it's not law or media or arts'-- wait, I think his list was longer than that.

Gah, I'm already daydreaming about a Mihashi-son. Which is sad, because 4 years ago when I started reading Oofuri I'm pretty sure I daydreamed about having a Mihashi-brother. God, I'm getting old. It's amazing to think that I'm going to die of old age one day. Subha'nAllah. We're all gonna die.

And a stronger chain dealt one day
Books to read over the holidays:

1- War Trash
2. Kokoro
3. Crime and Punishment

4. The Last King of Scotland

Perhaps, once I've regained an iota of grammar comprehension and control over articulation, perhaps then I'll write a proper entry about the shitload of things that happened, and the shitload of things on my mind. Trust me, it has never been more frustrating not being able to connect the emotion and thoughts to a proper sense relatable to a wider population. That frustration is currently aggravated by a horrifying lack of apathy. I have never considered myself as a writer, maybe a story-teller (to my own self), but I liked having words on my side. Words that carry meaning, emotion, and truth.

'till then, here's a list.

1. Sharleen is back in town! Gonna have a sleepover tomorrow night with Jo and Shar at the old hotel. Can't remember the name of the place. Hope I'll be able to sneak in a swimming session as well.

2. Exams are underway. Have got ortho/paedo paper tomorrow and then I'm free!

3. Dentistry is full of drama as always. But I really do wish that people would be more careful with their words and actions. Sexual joke, or sexual harassment? Friendly jousting or frankly rude? Friends or just... opportunists?
